Leona Lewis donned a sharp black Vivienne Westwood frock and edgy ankle boots. Rihanna’s red carpet style is always about the drama and this event was no exception. The singer stepped out in a black and white cutout Marchesa gown. Carrie Underwood opted for a gold lame Theia dress. Alicia Keys arrived in a blue printed Giorgio Armani dress with the jeweled bodice and complimented it with a matching pair of Louboutins.
