It’s official: the ‘Silent’ editorial from August’s Vogue Italy is the best photoshoot of the year. Shot by Steven Meisel, this editorial features Linda Evangelista, Guinevere Van Seenus, and Karen Elson at a funeral.

The mood of funeral is so real, that the tears and emotions look so natural. We can look at these pictures endlessly: the rain falling, the leaves floating slowly down, and the ladies in black crying on the grave.
