Katie Holmes is pairing her rolled up jeans with a white tank, and cozy cardigans. While many people are blaming her for a weird style change, we suggest that Katie is trying to achieve a casual and effortless style.
These styles are way fun. I think it mostly works. Polka dot scarf outfit works, bell-bottom outfit works, and red shoes are always off the map for me. I totally love the white tee shirt white tennis shoes look. She makes a good model.
I think she looks frumpy.
