Vanessa Hudgens looked very chic in the strapless Catherine Malandrino dress. She accessorized with a fabulous clutch and Christian Louboutin Mad Mary heels.

Katharine McPhee chose for her carpet appearance a teal strapless patterned dress.

Lauren Conrad’s dress reminded of a 70s vibe but that multi-colored chiffon maxi didn’t look well on her.

We love Fergie ‘s casual style, but for the red carpets, sometime she opts for dresses that don’t look good on her. Maxis are simply not her style.

Scarlett Johansson’s multicolored collar on her Matthew Williamson pale pink chiffon dress looked anything but ridiculous. Why does Scarlett looks so old in this picture?

Kristen Bell made a splash with her Jenni Kayne hot pink skirt. And yes, we liked her accessories that included nude Louboutins and the long beaded necklace.

Rachel Bilson (who is a style icon for us) stepped up in a one-shouldered turquoise Brian Reyes mini-dress. And this time we are not sure if we like her look. That black clutch, her hair, and makeup really confused us.

We didn’t recognize Kim Kardashian in a vampy white full skirted dress, usually she dresses more vulgar. While we are okay about this dress, we’re not into Kim’s hair and makeup, it’s really scary.

Best dressed:

Leighton Meester looked fantastic in a dramatic Lanvin Spring 2008 green frock worn with a skinny belt and oversized ring.

Worst dressed:

No doubts, the evenings worst dressed celeb was Lil Mama, who put an oversized bow on her head and wore a matching blouse. Tasteless and messy.
